About me

E-mail Print PDF

This is Hugo and I am your webmaster for this site.

I am always there to respond to your queries and you can contact me anytime. I hope you have a good time browsing this site and find the information useful. I am a software engineer with 13 years experience with an interest in technical analysis developed relatively recently. I am a self-trained analyst and have been trading stocks, forex and commodities for over 3 years. I now do trading for a living but hope to get back to software arena someday.

Since this is a site about trading, Iam  providing below some information about trading and what it involves. I have also included what the contents of this site are and will be and what kind of analyses will be made available to the users and the basis for those analyses. Please read carefully and apply them in your trading if you are a trader. Make sure you read the terms and conditions, disclaimer, privacy policy etc from the links found on the home page as they contain indispensable information for every user of this website.

Read on...

Trading is a task full of risk and commodity trading more so because of the leverage involved. It is always better to have someone with experience trading by your side when you are trading. Who better to guide you than people who have gained experience trading in the equity and other types of markets both in India and globally. No trader or trading system is 100% right and it is said that even the best traders are only right 40% of the time. Thats another reason to have a site like this come into being.

Trading signals available on this site should not be taken as a call to trade. They are for information purposes only and traders should make their own analyses before making a trade. Several notations will be published as to which signal is a strong recommendation and which ones are just opinions.

The signals and analysis on this site make use of the following techniques in technical analysis:

1. Dow theory

2. Indicators and oscillators

3. Trend analysis

4. Fibonacci analysis

5. Candlestick charting

6. Chart patterns

7. Elliot wave analysis

8. Ichimoku cloud

besides many others.

Elliot waves analysis is a indispensable tool as it helps save valuable capital and assists in making decisions about the  market direction. Charts will be available on this site that are clearly labeled by our technical analysts and these should be used for information purposes only. If they are being used for trading, then the trader does so at his own peril.

 cheers,

Hugo
